Welcome to Assessment Arrangement Application Portal

You will have recently discussed suitable assessment arrangement options with your Disability/Assessment Arrangement Advisor; This portal will enable you to apply for the Assessment Arrangements you would like in your assessments.

IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY APPLIED IN 2015/16/17 THERE IS NO NEED TO RE-APPLY UNLESS YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE CHANGED. ANY PREVIOUSLY AGREED CONCESSIONS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CARRIED FORWARD.

Time left to next deadline:

If you submit your application for the Semester 1 Deadline, 4th November 2017, then a decision on your application will be made on Tuesday 7th November 2017

If you submit your application for the Semester 1 Resit Deadline, 13th January 2018, then a decision on your application will be made on Tuesday 16th January 2018

If you submit your application for the Semester 2 Deadline, 3rd March 2018, then a decision on your application will be made on Tuesday 6th March 2018

If you submit your application for the Semester 2 Resit Deadline, 2nd June 2018, then a decision on your application will be made on Tuesday 5th June 2018

If you have missed the deadline for the relevant semesters assessments then you may still submit your application but this will not be considered until the next assessment arrangement panel.

Please note that you will need to provide evidence, either from your GP or assessment reports, with your application. Evidence can be submitted in an envelope marked "Assessment Access" and handed into the UCBC Library reception. Alternatively you can provide this evidence by uploading your evidence files electronically - See instructions at the appropriate section.

Once submitted, your application will be presented at the next available Assessment Arrangements Panel, (operating in line with published submission dates). You will receive notification of the outcome via your student e-mail only. Evidence being submitted

You must submit evidence supporting your application.

You can do this either by submitting hard copy evidence to the Assignment Submission Desk in UC library by the application deadline or by uploading your evidence files electronically below now.

Applications with no evidence will be rejected.

If evidence is submitted after the deadline then it will not be considered until the next board.

Submit Application

All applications will be scrutinised by the assessment arrangement panel and will only be accepted should all the relevant evidence have been submitted by the relevant application deadline.

Following the Assessment Arrangement panel you will be notified by email (student account) of the outcome.

ONLY YOUR STUDENT EMAIL ACCOUNT WILL BE USED FOR ANY AND ALL COMMUNICATION. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THIS REGULARLY.
