5:30pm – Martin Wilson and Richard Peregrine– “The Red List - Using technology to illustrate threatened and endangered insects of the UK”
Whether you are interested in weevils, bees or dung beetles, technology or the art of micro photography then join Martin and Richard at this interesting talk and discussion on illustrating endangered insects.
6:00pm – Dr. Katrinna MacFarlane – “SafeChat- An Intelligent System for Online Safety”
If you are interested in the safety of internet users then join Dr Katrinna MacFarlane on Wednesday 14th March 2018 as she discusses her research and developments around "Safe Chat", a software programme that prevents children and vulnerable adults putting themselves at risk online.

Dr John Barker takes a look at what we know about planets beyond our solar system, how we find them and which could possibly support life.
6:00pm – Nicole Brand – “Pole Fitness and Psychological Well-Being”
Nicole Brand has led research into mental wellbeing and the link with Pole Fitness. Hear Nicole reveal her findings and understand the link between fitness and self-esteem.
