Update regarding Turnitin and the college’s Internet service.
There was a problem with the Internet service which is now resolved. Both Moodle and Turnitin have continued to function as a service during this time but the number of failed connections between the two increased. This required students taking multiple attempts uploading assessments.
Turnitin is working correctly although as always at this busy time of the year there may be occasions where students have a problem uploading.
More often the problem lies at the client end of things and students can be refer to the library or to the helpdesk on Moodle for assistance and guidance.
